Outfit // Françoise

My new love: the American Apparel corduroy skater skirt. It appeared much redder on camera but I love the color, shape, texture...what we have together was made to last. These Urban loafers have also been very much in  my life lately (but don't worry Dr. Marten, you're still my favorite), and for some reason I feel a little teeny minuscule bit like Françoise Hardy (Moonrise anyone?)vibe. As if I could ever be as effortless as her.

Aside from studying for my impending finals (I know you desperately want to hear how to solve logarithms, right?) I had a lovely weekend with my friend- doing some shopping, and heading for lunch downtown: namely the most delicious macaroni and cheese in this hemisphere and a brownie. We also saw Silver Linings Playbook and it.was.wonderful. Very sweet and had a perfect balance of happy/sad; Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper were perfect together. A few other things I'm loving: homemade muesli with yogurt, accomplishment, when the radio plays a really old song and you remember how much you love it, chilly sun, and John Irving.
